At L&L Models, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your model isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer's box, ensuring that all parts, instruction manuals, and protective inserts are included.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned model, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
